While I rest, my thoughts on three excercises I hate doing:
Burpees - These are just tough. It takes a lot of motion just to complete one rep. After the squat, hop, push-up, crunch, my legs start saying "Anyting but a jump, Please don't Jump"
Dips - I have always had significantly stronger core and leg strength than arm strength. These point out my my glaring deficiency pretty easily. I can do a few body weight dips but not many.
Squats - Although these are quick and easy to pump out they always make my quads burn and then become incredibly sore.
Thoughts:
I am going to combine these into a WOD some time.
Lesson:
Responsibility, Dedication, Commitment, Duty - requires doing what should be done.
