Half-Squats, Bench Dips, and Knee Push-ups

Yesterdays WOD:
As many reps as possible in 4 hours of:
Half Squats
Rest as needed, for each rest do either
1 Bench Dip or
1 Knee Push-up

Okay, the 4 hours is a dead give away that it isn't a Crossfit workout.

Translation: I went snowboarding.

Results:
My legs felt great.  Normally they would be burning and tired before lunch.  Yesterday, I began to feel my quads getting a little tired toward the end of the day.  My legs feel so good I am tempted to not even consider yesterday a workout day. However, I did take a couple falls as I was remembering how my board felt under me.  Those falls took a toll on my stomach and I felt quite a bit of pain in the same spot on my abdomen. So I will probably stick with having a rest day next.

Lesson:
Progress is something that is only obtained through effort.
