The WOD:
10 minutes of Max Weight Snatch.
My weights:
4 reps 95
4 reps 105
Thoughts:
This is my first major experience with the snatch. It is a lot of work to get the bar from the floor all the way above the head in one motion. I started by practicing the lift with a 25 lb. PVC bar. After I got the balance and mechanics down I moved to the standard 45 lb. bar and did a few reps for more practice and warm-up.
I think with fresher legs and more lift experience my weights could be increased.
