Back Squats

I'm Back! After a little over a week off, letting my muscles heal up, I am back at it again.
Of course my legs are yelling at me, "That isn't a good thing".  I think they are lying.

The reason they are yelling at me:
The WOD:
Back Squat 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2.
60 seconds of rest between sets.
This is roughly a 10 minute workout with 20 reps.

My weights:
185 - 185 - 195 - 205 - 205 - 215 - 215 - 215 - 215 - 215
I actually failed my 20th rep so I had to do it over.

Thoughts:
I had a lot of options today. A lot of workouts went by that I wanted to do, while I was healing.  The deciding factor: I was still not entirely confident that I want to jump into a pull-up heavy workout.  And now my workouts match up with the Crossfit website.

As I did this work out I could tell my form was getting worse as I got more tired.  I would keeep on trying to use more of a deadlift motion to get up than a squat.

Lesson:
Unless we really push ourselves, we have no idea what we can accomplish.
