Sidelined, Benched, Out of Commission.
Okay just injured.
The muscle strain that I noticed in my abdomen has gotten worse. There is a very minor amount of swelling. But the problem lies in that it is in core group of muscles, which means I have to use it all the time, unless I am lying flat on my back. And getting to flat on my back is painful. And top of that I still need to complete various projects around the house.
So sadly, I will have to put Crossfit on hold for the time being.
Lesson:
During the course of the battle, you still have to treat the wounded.
planning on treating your woundedness as soon as I am done needing treatment for my sickness.
