Double-Unders & Back Extensions

Saturday afternoon workout and still feeling incredibly sore from the previous workouts, despite having a rest day.
As prescribed - 3 rounds for time of:
50 Double-Unders
50 Back Extensions

Once again I did the Pack scaling of 3 rounds for time of:
25 Double-Unders
25 Back Extensions
My time: 11' 21"

This one wasn't to bad. In fact, I probably could have completed the Porch scaling for this workout.  My time was terrible but I can attribute that to my complete lack of co-ordination on double-unders.  I would get started jumping rope and pound out 3 - 4 DU's before I tripped on the rope. So then I would have to get the rope set again, start jumping, get in rhythm and then do another 3 - 4 DU's.

Thoughts:
There is always room for improvement - In some cases more than others.
