Rest Day

So according to the Laws of Crossfit, I have earned a day of rest.
The Crossfit formula is three days of workouts followed by one day of rest.
My wife is also encouraging me to rest since my body still isn't quite used to working out so hard.
It is probably a good thing to take a break, although part of me is longing for some intense cardio focused work.

Additionally this weekend will likely be filled with household projects on top of working out.
Today might be my only good day to relax this week.

Note: I weighed myself after the Clean & Jerk / Sit-ups work out: 199 pounds.
This is not necessarily something I am intending to reduce. I just thought it might make another interesting stat to track.

Lessons:
Sometimes the best we can do is rest, so we can give it our all again.
