Clean & Jerk / GHD Sit-ups

Okay prescribed WOD-
3 rounds for time of:
10 Clean & Jerks @ 135#.
30 Glute-Ham Developer Sit-ups.

Last night I did the Pack scaling for this work out. (All my scalings come from http://www.crossfitbrandx.com/index.php/forums/viewforum/16/)
Which consisted of 3 rounds for time of :
10 Clean & Jerks @ 95#.
15 Glute-Ham Developer Sit-ups.
15 Normal Sit-ups

My time 16' 05".
This workout doubled-up on some similar muscle groups from the Burpees, but worked them in a different way. Still a little more painful than perhaps a different workout. I really wanted to do the 135# Clean and Jerk, but I opted for the lower weight since I am not completely practiced at that lift and figured it would be better to focus on form. That said, I am not sure I could have completed the workout at 135.

Thoughts:
For the second workout in a row I have been squarely matched with the "Pack" scaling of the workouts.  At face value I find this a little dis-heartening.  When I was working out consistently, roughly 7 months ago, I was floating around between Pack and Prescribed. However, although it means I have lost some strength and conditioning, it does provide hope that, with some work, I should be able to get back to and even surpass where I was before.
Also I really don't like working out after 8:00 p.m. I really should seek out every opportunity to get to the gym before that.

Lessons:
Most things in life worth having take time and effort to obtain / maintain. - Like a meaningful relationship.
(P.S. Thanks to my wife for following my Blog and encouraging me in all life's endeavors)
