Doctors Appointment - Good News?!?

Since I am feeling better,
No surgery is deemed necessary.

He thinks it is an abdominal strain, however those can take 3 months to heal.
I have 1 month down.
I am still banned form Crossfit for the next month.

And in it's place he recommends pure cardio work. Biking, Running, Swimming.
No sit-ups, no weights.

I am still knid of bummed by this.  I dislike cardio work. Sitting on a machine for an hour trying to burn calories is an inefficient way to get stronger and faster.

    But the good news is that you can do some working out with me. And that this too shall pass. You will be working out again by my birthday!
