Okay, It hasn't even been a week and my body is showing signs of nervous energy for want of a work out.
I told my wife that I really just want to drop and start doing push-ups.
The good news is I guess that means that the training I was doing was working quite well. And I am feeling better, hopefully it was just a little muscle sprain and I will be able to jump back into Crossfit.
Lesson:
Waiting takes discipline.
