Walking Lunges, Broad Jumps, and Running

My boys have had a cold that I might be coming down with,  my dog is sick, I haven't been sleeping well, and that is just the tip of the iceberg, so what do we do to completely wipe ourselves out?  You got it kids. It's Crossfit!

Prescribed WOD - 3 rounds for time of:
Walking Lunge, 50 meters
Standing Broad Jump, 100 meters
Run, 200 meters

There was no Pack scaling on this workout so I did my best to try an emulate the WOD at my gym.
Working with an oddly-shaped track -  1/13th of a mile.
I figured a 1/4 lap was about 31 meters.
3 rounds for time of:
Walking lunges - 31 m
Standing Broad Jump - 93 m
Run - 248 m.

My time: 18' 03" Done in my heavy leather outdoors shoes.(Do I ever wish I had my workout shoes with me)

Thoughts:
Boy this has been a tough week! And it is just getting started. The workout was brutal. It reminded me of so many workouts where I could barely support my own weight after completion.  Hopefully I am not getting sick, that is one reason why I would stop working out for a couple days.

Addendum Lesson:
Don't let your routine become routine.
Or if you prefer - Don't do the things that matter because they are Important. Do them because you want those things to be Important.
