Max Weight - Clean, Bench, Overhead Squat

Good Bye Roxanne - You were a sweet dog, a good companion, and a great friend to my friends and family. You will be missed.

Prescribed WOD:
1 rep of Max Weight - Clean
1 rep of Max Weight - Bench
1 rep of Max Weight - Overhead Squat

So my legs are quite sore from the previous days workout, so I jumped on a bike set on mid-resistance and pounded out a mile in 3:00 just to get them warmed up and used to moving again.

My weights:
Clean - 185
Bench - 150
Overhead Squat - 115

Thoughts:
I am sure that the clean and squat could be higher, but trying to convince my sore legs of that became problematic.  I am pleased with the 150# bench though, it is a personal record and given my natural lack of upper body strength, some what of an accomplishment.  I am also glad it signifies I can bench 75% of my body weight.  Look out you last 25% !

Lesson:
Enjoy each life you have around. They are all precious.
