After almost 6 months, I have decided to start working out again.
So yesterday I did the following: Five rounds of 3 Deadlifts.
This seemed like a good one that I could test my limits on without doing to much damage for a first day back.
I completed my workout at the following weights:
135 - 185 - 205 - 225 - 245
Okay so the 135 was pathetic and I probably could have topped out higher, but in my defense I had absolutely no idea how much strength I had lost over the last 6 months. I also didn't want to hurt my self on the first day out of the gate.
Overall I am pretty happy with the almost 250# on day one.
A decent amount of soreness after 24 hours says I was right on the money.
