I did the Pack scaling again of 5 rounds for time of:
500m Row
4 reps of 115# thrusters
My Time: 17' 44"
Thoughts:
WOW! Good workout. I don't think I could have done to much more. My legs were burning pretty heavily on the last 500 m. And catching that 115# bar in a squat really made me wonder if I could get it back over my head again. Very leg intensive, although the arm motion in rowing and pushing on thrusters was very nice, given how my right arm is trying to lock-up after the pull-ups yesterday. I am definitely looking forward to another rest day.
Lessons:
Frequently we have no idea what our actual needs are.
Sometimes we need pain in our lives.
